CH601M255 is a two-wheeled, multi-purpose, collapsible cart which multiplies the effectiveness of men in the field while reducing fatigue. This model provides double the cargo volume of the CH101M255, with a weight carrying capability of 350 lbs. The CH601M255 has become the model of choice for Weapons of Mass Destruction Response Teams. The CH601M255 is currently being deployed by the National Guard within the CST Teams. Because of its compactness when stored and cargo volume when operational, this unit provides these teams with unsurpassed versatility in the field. Standard components include a Carry Bag, Wagon/Stretcher with a Hard Polymer Bottom and Ends, Cargo Bag, Head Rest and single Detachable Saddlebag. Available accessory: Dual Wheels (CH471 NSN# 3920-01-511-3701). Unit weighs 64 lbs. with a cargo capacity of 350 lbs. Cargo area is 22" x 55" x 14". Emergency Stretcher is 22" x 70" with a 250 lb. capacity.
