CH401M4 is the workhorse of the Charlie's Horse¨ Deployment System. It is a four-wheeled super duty, multi-purpose, collapsible cart which multiplies the effectiveness of men deploying material into remote areas without heavy lift equipment. The unique design of this unit allows for the four wheels to be expanded to six or eight, depending on mission requirements, enhancing maneuverability and stability over diverse terrain. When combined with the CH661 SERIES of fiberglass composite canisters, a package results that is unsurpassed in its ability to deploy personnel, equipment and supplies with limited manpower. The CH401 models have the unique capability of adapting to transport stretchers, tents, ordnance and a host of other equipment when outfitted with a set of accessory clamps and racks. Standard components include a Carry Bag, Wagon with Hard Polymer Bottom and Ends, pair of Detachable Saddlebags. Available accessories include, Dual Wheels (CH471NSN# 3920-01-511-3701), four (4) Accessory Clamps (CH411), Fiberglass Composite Canisters (CH661 Series), Harness (CH491) and either Raven or Talon Stretchers. Custom Racks and Mounts are available. Unit weighs 90 lbs. with a cargo capacity of 750 lbs. Cargo area is 22" x 55" x 10".
